Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: From £12.98 per hour + £1,000 Welcome Bonus!

What will you be doing –

As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be more than an educator — you’ll be a guide, a storyteller, and a champion for every child’s unique journey. You’ll create safe, stimulating environments where little ones can explore, learn, and grow. From planning exciting activities that spark imagination to supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, your role is all about nurturing their potential and helping them develop the skills they need for life.

You’ll work closely with families, building strong partnerships that ensure every child feels valued and supported. And because we believe great care starts with great people, we’ll give you the tools, training, and encouragement to shine in your career.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
• Passion for early years education and a genuine love of working with children
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
• Experience in an early years setting
