Contract: Full & Part-time, Permanent — £27,872 per annum (pro rata)

What you’ll be doing

As a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you will play an active role in supporting the daily care and education of children within the nursery. Working alongside colleagues, you’ll help to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Your responsibilities will include assisting with planned activities, contributing to observations and assessments, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring that safeguarding and health and safety standards are always maintained.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification, a good understanding of the EYFS, and a genuine passion for working with young children. You should be enthusiastic, supportive, and able to work effectively as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and professional development.
