Contract: Full-time, Permanent — £29,500 per annum

What you’ll be doing
As an Early Years Teacher, you will lead the planning and delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. You will take responsibility for supporting children’s development across all areas of learning, ensuring that every child is challenged, nurtured, and inspired. You will also mentor and guide practitioners, contribute to observations and assessments, and work closely with families to build strong partnerships. You’ll be encouraged to grow your skills and progress through the Partou Academy, with clear opportunities to develop your career while working as part of a supportive team.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or QTS with a speciality in Early Years, strong knowledge of the EYFS, and proven experience in leading practice within a nursery or early years setting. You should be confident in inspiring colleagues, passionate about early childhood education, and committed to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
