We’re looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Apprentice to support our team in managing maintenance requests, coordinating repairs, and keeping our facilities in top condition. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on experience in facilities management while gaining an industry-recognised Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification.
As a Facilities Helpdesk Apprentice, you’ll be the first point of contact for facilities-related queries, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently. Your work will help create safe, well-maintained spaces where children and staff can focus on what really matters.
Success in this role means responding to helpdesk requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring maintenance issues are logged and addressed on time. You’ll develop strong organisational skills, build positive relationships with colleagues and contractors, and gain valuable experience in facilities management. Your ability to stay proactive and adaptable will help keep our nurseries running smoothly.
