What You’ll Be Doing

As an L&D Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) department by providing an effective and efficient administrative service. You will ensure that all staff receive the training and development opportunities they need to thrive. You’ll work closely with the L&D team, as well as stakeholders and managers across Partou, to identify training needs, manage learning-related data, and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new apprentices through onboarding, manage apprenticeship records, coordinate with training providers, and provide regular data updates to senior management.

  •  Use data from each setting to maintain a current record of qualifications and training, and provide regular training needs reports.
  • Gather and report on booking, attendance, and training completion data, and support the evaluation process by managing feedback.

  •  Organise training for settings, collaborate on monthly training calendars, manage bookings and materials, issue training certificates, and assist with events and invoicing.

What Success Looks Like

You will efficiently handle the administrative needs of the L&D department, from organizing training sessions and ensuring compliance tracking to managing resource accessibility. Through your organisational skills and proactive approach, you will create a seamless experience for the team and provide the data and insights needed to continuously enhance our training programs.
