We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to join us at Merchant Square Day Nursery, Paddington.  As a Nursery Manager, you'll have the opportunity to create a safe and supportive environment for children and families.

What our Nursery Managers are responsible for:

· Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping.

· Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families.

· Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies.

· Manage a busy and thriving Nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant.

· Identify training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future!

Qualifications and Experience:

· Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification

· Maths GCSE

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Passion for early childhood education

· Experience in a nursery setting.
