About the Role

Partou Childcare are seeking dedicated and passionate Nursery Managers to join us at our beautiful nurseries in Nottingham, NG5.

Our Nurseries have an excellent reputation throughout Nottingham for the home-from-home high quality childcare and early-years education that they provide. Well equipped with fun, educational resources, both our indoor and outdoor areas are perfect for little learners. Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping
  • Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families
  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies
  • Manage a busy and thriving nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant
  • Identify the training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future!

About You

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Maths GCSE
  • Strong EYFS knowledge
  • Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
  • Passion for early years education
  • Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
  • Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
