Nursery Manager role - Salary £40,000 per annum, £1,000 Welcome Bonus (T&Cs apply)

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to join us at Partou Playtime Day Nursery, Shepperton, Surrey.   As a nursery manager, you'll have the opportunity to create a safe and supportive environment for children and families.

Our Playtime nursery is filled with fun, educational resources that stimulate children’s creativity and encourage their natural development. A standout feature is our huge, well-maintained and hygienic, 3-storey soft play area .

What our nursery managers do:

• Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping.
• Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families.
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies.
• Manage a busy and thriving nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant.
• Identify the training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future!

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Maths GCSE
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Passion for early childhood education
• Experience in a nursery setting.
