About the Role
Partou Wonder Years Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a compassionate and skilled Level 3 Early Years Practitioner with a strong interest in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to join our dedicated team.
Wonder Years is one of Coventry’s largest and longest-established private nurseries, with 19 years of experience supporting children of all abilities and needs. We are recognised locally for providing inclusive, nurturing, high-quality care with strong parent relationships and staff who continually update their training and knowledge.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
· Deliver inclusive, child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS
· Support children with SEND through tailored strategies, observation, and responsive planning (in line with EYFS SEND requirements)
· Work closely with families and external agencies to ensure every child receives the support they need
· Help maintain our safe, accessible environment, including our wheelchair-friendly setting and inclusive facilities [cid.coventry.gov.uk]
· Contribute to a nurturing, positive and inclusive team culture
