We’re looking for a People Partner to support our head office and remote teams, helping shape a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
As People Partner, you’ll be the first point of contact for our National Support Centre (NSC) teams. You’ll work closely with managers and the wider People & Culture Team to support day-to-day people needs, improve performance, and help build an engaged, inclusive culture. Your guidance will help ensure our people feel heard and supported as we continue to grow.
Success in this role means improving engagement, supporting performance, and strengthening the employee experience. You’ll help launch and embed benefits with high uptake, and work with managers to boost team productivity. Your work will reduce unresolved issues, improve processes, and support the smooth rollout of people-focused projects. Ultimately, you’ll help create a workplace where people feel included, valued, and ready to grow.
