We’re looking for a recruiter to join our team for a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract!

This is a hybrid role, where you’ll work three days a week at our Nursery Support Centre in Denton.

In this position, you’ll help us connect with excellent candidates to support our growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Use your recruitment skills to find and attract top candidates from different sources.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective hiring plans.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they fit our company culture and values.
Keep accurate candidate records and manage the recruitment process smoothly.
Stay updated on industry trends to improve our recruiting efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for engaging with candidates.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
A team player who is also self-motivated.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a hybrid work model.
