Location: Partou Thornbury, South Gloucestershire
Contract: Full-time, Permanent — £30,500 per annum

What you’ll be doing
As a Room Leader, you’ll take responsibility for the daily running of your room, ensuring children are engaged in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You’ll lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and work closely with colleagues and families to deliver the highest standards of care and education.
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone with a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification, strong knowledge of the EYFS, and proven experience in leading a team within an early years setting. You should have a genuine passion for early years education, the confidence to support children’s learning and development, and a commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
